How can we get more Design System centric learnings from Design System Day and other events

Brief

Design System Day and our other events have had a hugely positive impact on our engagement levels with the wider community.

However we believe there is unexplored potential in these events to learn more from our users which can help inform our decision making and prioritisation. Whilst attendance of our events is fairly high, we rarely get insights or learnings that are useful for the Design System specifically.

In this brief, you should collaborate with the team to explore how we can better use Design System Day and other events to learn about our users.

You'll need to consider;

what does the team want to learn about / discover
how does this impact who is invited to our events
how does this change how we communicate about our events

By the end of the cycle you should have a backlog of explorations the team would like to run at this year's Design System Day events and other community events we may run (eg the monthly calls). These should be prioritised in collaboration with the team with a view to run 1-2 sessions at the first Design System Day event.

make a plan for how these explorations will be delivered
work with the team to plan workshops for anything prioritised for the first DSDay24 event
