Procure suppliers for face to face event, arrange travel options and draft ticket release comms for Design System Day #3826

Brief

The priorities for this brief are as follows:

Arrange a visit to the venue Contact St George's Hall to arrange a visit for Imran, Kelly & Nora w/c 15 July.

Procure suppliers We need to procure suppliers for:

We need quotes from at least 3 suppliers and to follow the procurement policy when awarding the contract to the supplier.

Arrange travel options Determine which travel option is most cost effective for the team to travel to Liverpool.

Draft ticket release comms Whilst there is a comms embargo due to the general election, we should draft all ticket release comms and call for speakers request.

Event branding Begin thinking about visual branding at the event eg signage.

@trang-erskine — We need to decide on a production and launch timeline for the different phases of the website (we've got phase 1, next is adding videos from Day 1 and putting together the Day 1 page)
