Do some desk research and talk to people from the community about how to make sure the event is run as inclusively as possible.

Anika will be available for questions about accessibility at the hackathon. Walk around and prompt people about accessibility if see something in their designs/prototypes that might need such a prompt.

Mental health first aiders available on the day of the event Nicola Betz -contact via Slack, google, or phone (07413404744) and she can meet in the office at a location of their choice

Audun Clark is available as a backup via Slack

confirmed we do have a quiet room at WCB, it is located by the Zone 3 area and it is first come first serve.
