This aims to clarify the GOV.UK Frontend JavaScript supported snippet:

Explains that GOV.UK Frontend JavaScript must be run with <script type="module">
Explains that the new page template snippet adds the .govuk-frontend-supported class
Links to our new Browser Support page for more information
