Skill sharing L&D session #3052

What

Have a session for sharing knowledge around the novelties recently introduced in the codebase/build process and to come as we switch to more modern JavaScript.

Why

There's been a lot of tooling upgrades in the recent work, and more to come with the modernisation of our JavaScript. We need to share that knowledge so we're all on the same page.
