Move to Frontend #1

This removes Elements and the Frontend Toolkit and replaces them with the new Frontend npm package.

Some known issues:

  1. Breadcrumbs not yet implemented
  2. Missing a nice gap before the footer that we used to get from #content in Elements
  3. Some small list formatting differences from Elements (see my google docs notes)
  4. Not entirely sure how to use 'body-text' so it's a bit inconsistent/missing
  5. Button style missing from the markdown pages (eg install)
  6. Start button doesn't look right - image missing?
  7. I removed a bunch of examples which rely heavily on Elements for now: a. Branching b. Task list c. Check your answers d. Pass data example

@igloosi thanks! Did you have any comments on my notes of stuff that's broken? In particular my use of body-text?
