update release documentation #19

adds guidance on make a release zip during private beta

Followed these instructions to release beta 3 and they seemed to work well.

I think Hanna's comments are still worth addressing though.

I've taken another go at this. It makes the release one process, including making the zip. I think thats cleaner and fewer PRs. I've tried to address all your points @hannalaakso thanks, and added copy-paste terminal commands to most steps.

Commit your changes and open a pull request on GitHub

Review and merge pull request

Sign into the Heroku web interface using the design-system-pipeline credentials.

Find the govuk-prototype-kit-beta app, and deploy the version.
