Create accessible charts and graphs #1242

I would appreciate help creating accessible charts and graphs, as per the Gov.uk guidance here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/examples-of-visual-content-to-use-on-govuk/examples-of-visual-content-to-use-on-govuk

Context

This is important for the National Careers Service website right now, which needs to offer labour market information in graph and chart format.

Alternatives

I am attempting to code my own workaround.

Additional information (if applicable)

This would be presumably be useful for all users of any chart or graph across Gov.uk

I'm afraid this isn't something we can really help with in the GOV.UK Prototype team, as it's not something we have experience or expertise with.
