Discuss with the Design System team how we share/handle support when one of the products which shares support is having an incident. Document here and in the incident response docs.

I floated this at dev catch up, agreement was that I need to talk to their PM Astrid to move this forwards.

We are going to handle incidents within the team in future, closing this ticket as it will be resolved as part of #1661.
