Plug-ins

From support, it's possible for extensions to crash the kit, for example with a missing import in the sass.

Would be good to investigate ways to defend against this, or provide nicer errors, and so on

• govuk-prototype-kit.config.json (might be a quick win)
• nunjucks components
• sass
• filters
• peer dependencies
• errors when processing install, update, uninstall plugins

As part of the investigation consider whether breaking down into separate tickets would a good approach and if so, what the priority order would be.
