This is the non-controversial part of #564 ("Improve legal text", 2 of those 5 commits) so this can be merged quicker.

What problem does the pull request solve?

Avoid duplication of intro by rewriting intro on the icons page
Make people aware of hidden text (because it often gets forgotten which can lead to less accessible content)

How has this been tested?

This is only a copy change.

What type of change is it?

New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Has the documentation been updated?

The change is the documentation.
