Fix references to elements_tracking.html #578

What problem does the pull request solve?

elements_tracking no longer exists, it was changed here

however some pages still refer to it, and these pages now crash

How has this been tested?

tried to test locally but got an error about sh: bundle: command not found - so making this PR and hopefully Travis runs the tests

What type of change is it?
