I think this may be as a result of the changes that were made to the static build of Fractal, it may be an issue with using relative paths.
I'm seeing the following error: ✘ No matching route found for /components/detail/theme/govuk/css/fractal-govuk-theme.css.
✘ No matching route found for /components/detail/theme/govuk/css/fractal-govuk-theme.css
This happens if I make a change to a theme file.
