MVP-1

A plain unstyled HTML Frontend in React
Routes set up in express
Accepts an unvalidated postcode Input
Makes a request to some? api to retrieve longitude/latitude data
Uses response to make a request to Police API (https://data.police.uk/docs/)
Returns cleaned up police api response to user
Renders correctly in browser
backend logic has full unit test coverage
Error handling for backend logic
