I recently contributed to the project (#57) and was wondering if there was an ETA for 2.3.0 being published to the bintray so we can consume it?

Hi @danny-may looks like I missed a step when merging your pull request. Version 2.3.0 is published here now: https://bintray.com/gov-uk-notify/nuget/Notify
