New 400 errors #72

What problem does the pull request solve?

Correct "Contact the Notify team" to "Contact the GOV.UK Notify team"
Add in new 400 error to "Send a document by email" and "Send a precompiled letter" sections
Clarify that "Send a document by email" is invite-only
