Remove old prototyping projects #6

I removed all projects that hadn't been committed to in over 2 months.

If there's something in here you think you will need, then let me know.

@antimega @timpaul @tombye @nicepaul @phae can I get confirmation that you guys are OK with the deletions here (and then can you merge)? Thanks

OK from me, but not using it that much. Perhaps we should put a use by date on prototyping projects (no activity on one for X time)? After all, they're always salvageable from the git history if someone changes their mind, and picking up an old one after a long period of time tends to result in lots of "getting it back up to date" maintenance as something has always changed in the interim. :)

Agreed also, especially in reference to how much time is spent aligning the templates with what's in http://github.com/alphagov/static
