Now that the tests are succeeding on Puppet 4 & 5, can this be reviewed please?

Hi there, @zipkid. Apologies for the thread necromancy — just tidying up so I don't leave you with an unresolvable PR.

Unfortunately we don't actually have anyone maintaining this repo any more as we no longer run Puppet. I'm about to archive this and a bunch of other Puppet-related repos that we haven't touched in a long time.

It's not really feasible for us to accept contributions at this point, as there's quite a bit of process involved on our side and we no longer have enough reviewers on our side who can review Puppet.

My apologies that we haven't signposted that we're no longer set up to receive outside contributions.

You're most welcome to fork, of course — not that that's much consolation. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I really appreciate that you want to contribute here and I'm sad that I can't help make that happen on this occasion 😞
