SUMMARY The British Embassy in Bulgaria will no longer require in-person appointments to get their certificate of no impediment (CNI) certified or swapped for a consular CNI. This process will now happen via email and post.

ALSO The telephone numbers for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bulgaria are incorrect. Updating these too.
