Remove Smart Answers from list of apps with bad README files #87

Since @chrisroos merged this pull request, Smart Answers should no longer appear in the list of apps with bad README files.

This needs a rebase. Do we want to update the link to smart-answers in the "Good examples" too?

I hadn't noticed that there is a reference to Smart Answers in both good & bad examples with both of them linking to a specific version of the README, so the changes suggested in this PR don't make so much sense. Closing in favour of #89.
