Changes in the UI

This is making changes to the ‘Create new user’ support form, as outlined in this document:

• Adding User's email hint
• Updating 'Does the user need training to access Whitehall Publisher?' as below:
  • update the question
  • add hint
  • update radio buttons' description
  • add a radio button
  • Update "Who needs a copy of this request?" hint

Changes in Zendesk

The new users is copied into the request. This also populates the following custom fields:

• used for Zapier integration:
  • [Whitehall training] User's name (mandatory)
  • [Whitehall training] User's email (mandatory)
  • [Whitehall training] User's organisation
  • [Whitehall training] Training required? (mandatory)
• used for metrics and tracking
  • [Whitehall training] Access to other publishing Apps required? (mandatory)
