Make the Tech Docs Template use with the Pocket offline reader #148

The web pages generated by the techdocs template do not work with Pocket https://getpocket.com/about offline reader.

I typically use the service via a chrome addon to send long pages to the service. I then consume the content either by reading the text with a font size of my choosing or I can use the text to speech capability of the pocket app to listen to pages.

When I click the article I see the original website

Compare to a page from GOV.UK that is rendering correctly

Hi @pauldougan - thank you for your suggestion! Unfortunately - and similarly to https://github.com/alphagov/tech-docs-template/issues/198 - we don't think we'll be able to prioritise working on offline support. So I'll need to close this issue. Hope that's ok.
