When updating the tech docs for accessibility personas from version 1.8.0 to 2.0.7 I noticed that the header became wonky. There are two issues. (Let me know if I should create two separate GitHub issues for this.)

Header across multiple lines on mobile
The mobile responsive view let the main title on the left, the "logo" bit, be on its own line. Now it is split across two or sometimes three lines.
