Re-write of content across both journeys in response to beta task #650 where @anthonylord's review recommended consistency of titles and the removal of imperative verb form – as too similar to CTA phrasing.

This had a knock on effect on the other content on the page and had resulted in many content tweaks with some rewriting.
Overall it should now be more consistent and concise, but need to run through it with @sanjaypoyzer and @petegale to make sure meaning/understanding hasn't been lost and that this reflects discoveries from user testing.
