Project board - https://github.com/alphagov/verify-local-patterns/projects/1 ||||| This is a prototype of some content that will be included in the GOV.UK Service Toolkit about the best practice for councils to deliver two services - parking permits and concessionary travel. The repo also includes a working prototype of both services which follows the guidance, as delivered by the fictional council of Argleton.

The choices (Verify or Scan and upload) need to be laid out like the prototype. If technical constraints stop the radio buttons being in line with heading style text, the radio button with text needs at least to be above each appropriate bullet list.

( ) Use GOV.UK Verify – the new way to prove who you are online • you'll need to answer some security questions • bus passes usually take 5 working days to arrive • create an identity account in about 5 minutes, complete your application afterwards in around 2 minutes

Or

( ) Scan and upload documents • you'll need to scan and upload your passport or driving licence to prove your age, and a proof of address • bus passes usually take 10 working days to arrive • your application could take up to 20 minutes

We are still investigating the best layout for this page. Firmstep are to provide a technical option to follow the service pattern.
