Project board - https://github.com/alphagov/verify-local-patterns/projects/1 ||||| This is a prototype of some content that will be included in the GOV.UK Service Toolkit about the best practice for councils to deliver two services - parking permits and concessionary travel. The repo also includes a working prototype of both services which follows the guidance, as delivered by the fictional council of Argleton.

The copy (radio button label and bullets) doesn't match the prototype. Is there a reason for this?

Please see design guidance

We don't accept documentary evidence by post or allow customers to upload evidence so we didn't need this for Sunderland's application process

@GWSunderland @EUzkuraityte Thanks. I can't get to that page on your prototype at the moment as there's a glitch after the resident's choice (screenshot below). Could you send me a screenshot of the Prove identity page please, or let me know when prototype is working again, so that I can review the Sunderand local deviation copy?

Hi @lizziebruce when entering the postcode on the 1st page just use one that is in Sunderland's parking zone, like SR2 7NB and choose an address from the drop down like 10 Ashwood Terrace, that way you'll be able to get through to subsequent pages.

Hi @GWSunderland it would be good to lock the form at some point so that users can't get through to subsequent pages without entering a postcode.
