New title for this page to replace previous title:

"What is the vehicle registration number?"

@GWSunderland @EUzkuraityte In Sunderland's case, as you also ask for other details, the page title can simply be

Vehicle details

The new recommendation is to take away calls to action from page titles so that's why we're encouraging removal of 'Enter' here.

Also, could I suggest a copy edit for the intro line, as follows:

We need some details to link your permits to your vehicles. Check make and colour on GOV.UK vehicle enquiry service.
