"I confirm the vehicle is registered to my address"

We would need to confirm with our colleagues in our legal team if we could change this wording. Can we leave this as is for now and we will update once we have confirmation

I confirm the vehicle is registered to the 'applicant's address'.

Suggestion 1

I confirm the vehicle is registered to my address.

Suggestion 2

I confirm I am the applicant and the vehicle is registered to my address.
