Missing dependency on sqlite #13

The default use set seems to require it.

Thanks for reporting! The current freeswitch ebuilds are still quite a mess...

Fixed as of commit a36efb6bfa4ee58d1e919aa9da14ffc42459622a, at least for freeswitch-1.6.2.
