get MyPage default blocks on WelcomeDashboards #110

Hello,

With additionals we can hide my/page access and use WelcomePage to make dashboards.

Can you find a way to add default blocks on my/page (like issueswatched_block, issuesassignedtome_block) to welcome dashboard ?

That's can be very useful and make welcome dashboard more attractive.
