All is in the subject. In async block (Issue query) if we update an issue with context-menu : the block is not updated (just the cache refresh works but it's not immediate).
(I'm with additionnals 3.0.3 caused by redmine 4.2 and ruby 2.5.9 on the server, but i push to upgrade tu ruby 3)
