is it possible to enable some of the CustomFields for some of the roles to manage the values?
so project management role (or maybe permission can be defined in Role&Permission) can manage the pre-defined value of them.
Currently the Redmine Custom Fields can only be defined and managed by Administrator, it's not convenient enough because some of the fields needs to add new pre-defined value by request.
If we can enable some of the custom fields to be managed by some of the roles, the Administrator of Redmine will not be involved in projects.
