Add only individual projects for notifications #93

Hello!

At the moment, all messages are received from all projects. Can you tell me if it is possible to configure the plugin to be able to select only individual projects for notifications?

This is not really obvious, but it already works. Just remove the webhook URL from the global configuration and configure it per project in respective project settings. The plugin webhook will be triggered only for projects with webhook URL.
