Doom Emacs Support #13

Add installation instructions for Doom Emacs. Works great with Doom Emacs, running on-top of emacs 27.1.

I only ever have one issue when using the new burly frames feature, upon restoring frame layout i get the following error message; Error (frameset): Undefined color: "unspecified-bg" Other than that burly works flawlessly :)

Thanks, but I'd prefer not to add instructions specific to every Doom/Spacemacs/etc. Users of those systems should know how to install packages in them.

I'm guessing that that's not a bug in Burly itself, but beel free to file a bug report with a full backtrace and maybe we can figure it out.
