Updated manual install instructions to have an example #58

Super basic README update to include an example for manual install

Thanks, but the more I develop Elisp packages, the less I want to have instructions like this in their readme files. It wouldn't make sense for each of the 30+ packages I've published to reiterate the same directions in their readmes, because the readmes' purpose is not to tell users how to install Emacs Lisp packages in general. Since this is just another package, with no special requirements nor installation methods, it should suffice to say that it's installable like any other Elisp package. And in general, users who don't already know how to install an Elisp package manually should probably not do so, anyway; they should install using package-install.

So I'm going to close this PR, but thanks for the suggestion.
