add option in `org-ql-find-in-agenda` to search archive files #393

I'm not sure about this. On one hand it seems like a good idea, but if we were to do this, it would need to be done for all such commands. And I'm not sure if making the prefix do that would make sense for all such commands. Since it's so easy to define a command of your own that does this, it might be best to leave this to the user.
