Tidying up the code

Removes many of the outcommented regions which are not used any more or have been moved over to the outshine-org-cmds file.

Notes:

The 1500+ LOC of commented lines were extracted to outshine-org-cmds.el in commit bd43f2b but commented out in the main file instead of being removed.

The functions

• outshine-get-outorg-edit-buffer-content
• outshine-use-outorg-finish-store-log-note
• outshine-use-outorg were also extracted but not removed in the main file, so currently they are being defined twice over and line-for-line identical .

This PR separates all outorg calling functionality entirely into the outshine-org-cmds.el file, as was the original intention.
