Solarized light for stackexchange.com not applying base3 to some containers #43

The base3 background colour isn't being applied to many parts of the page background. I changed the body selector to body, .container, #content, .inner-content as a bodge fix.

I'm using User JavaScript and CSS to apply the styles to *.stackexchange.com in Chrome version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Thanks for reporting. I haven't used the stylesheet with SE in a long time myself, so it probably needs several updates.
