Add Solarized light css for ankiweb.net #44

I just wrote a single css file to style Ankiweb.

The rest of the site CSS files are generated from .styl files in the sites/ directory - so you might want to write one for Ankiweb as well instead of hand-writing the CSS.

Indeed, if you write the styl file for ankiweb instead (which should be very similar), we will get ankiweb support for all the other themes as well.
