Support MS Windows #33

Currently namescore runs only on Linux, but we need to support MS Windows as well.

This issue goes hand-in-hand with https://github.com/alphasoc/nfr/issues/53. Once we support Windows, we need to make sure we can pick up Microsoft DNS log events in their strange format.
