Update code and paths from Namescore -> NFR #47

e.g. the --help text needs to change, mentions of Namescore throughout, and the /etc/namescore/ path. Each of these need to change to NFR, as per the commit I just made to the README with the new details (https://github.com/alphasoc/nfr/commit/3ea957999cc175c3f872916c8e14e780ace78f72)
