Logout #19

There must be "logout" support that erases all AA-related cookies from the user's browser and invalidates the token at the SSO server.

logout has been implemented since eff584d32ee733174c35aecb2cdaa5aa86e9d612 commit. is there anything to be done?

There must be a logout button/link at /user/{id}.
