Adds clause tags to @rgorman tag set. #35

Adds tags for result clause, substantive clause, and gerund clause.

@rgorman I'm sorry I should have been clearer that the files you want to modify are are in https://github.com/alpheios-project/arethusa-configs/tree/master/configs/arethusa.relation -- the dist directory contains the compiled files, which should not be modified manually.

I think I was able to pull out your changes and deploy them -- see the commit here: 024475e481eb03facf58d35f9dd19ae1c4a146dd

unfortunately the whitespace was a little messed up though so the diff is a bit hard to read, I've attached a diff file that shows just the changed lines ignoring whitespace.

This change is now deployed, let me know if you have any problems with it.
