fix coding of supine in latin tagset #47

Uwe has just made me realize that the Latin tagset has a bug: the subjunctive and the supine are both saved in the same position in @postag as "s". I do not know how this happened but the letter for the supine in the tagset has to be changed as soon as possible. I will try to correct the old data for the next release. Can you change the letter? I am not sure that a change I can make in github will affect Arethusa. Thanks.

@gcelano can you please confirm which letter you want to use for the supine? I don't see it in the guidelines
