Some notes per discussion with @abrasax today:

if we pull data from data sources which have context (such as LASLA and the treebanks), we should include the context so that we can provide it as a usage example
it would be good if we could allow runtime contributions of data from users via Alpheios as well as direct to the raw data source
must always retain provenance of a contribution
should generally accept any contribution, but be able to flag conflicts (need to think about what would constitute a conflict here if the contributions are used in an additive way rather than as disambiguators)
