update and cleanup demos

May be it is worth to add some information:

  • add a link to simple.html in the 6. Simplify the Alpheios interface -- BETA FEATURE
  • add some description for auth.html to the Readme.md

Agree with adding a link to simple.html. Thanks for catching that!

Re the Auth ... I decided to take that out of the README and move it into the sample file because it isn't something we can really support right now for 3rd parties. So I wanted to document the steps but not advertise them...
