@kiral and @irina060981 I'd like to merge this fix into master. It's possible that this will have downstream impacts on other code that expects Inflections to always have a stem but I think we can find them as they occur. Let me know if you have any concerns. This is dependent upon https://github.com/alpheios-project/data-models/pull/20
