input parameter fixes and improvements #20

  1. improve upon the descriptions for the tokenizer input parameters so that they are more user friendly (for display in e.g the alignment editor ui)
  2. fix the spelling of 'doubline' (s/b 'doubleline') in the 'segments' parameter for the text endpoint
  3. default segment parameter for the text endpoint should be 'doubleline' instead of singleline
