:bug: Change default `fr` mirror to `dl-cdn` #1

fr.alpinelinux.org being dead, the script is basically not working (see https://travis-ci.org/marvinroger/chip-alpine/builds/199978871#L451 for example)

Could you please merge this and release a new minor version so we could fix our script. Thanks!

Yes, fr.a.o has been shutted down. I forgot that I’ve used this address in this script. However, dl-cdn.a.o does not run on HTTPS, so I’ve changed it to nl.a.o. and merged in 4739d169810f8f7403eb95b7f589ac97aa2c3688.
