The descriptor with an ID of 'value' has a type of 'descriptor' when the spec seems to imply only four valid options - 'semantic', 'safe', 'idempotent', 'unsafe'. We assume this was supposed to be "semantic" in this case.
The same also applies to the descriptor with ID of 'resultType'. (the XML representation provided above in the spec seems to be correct)
